The Aircraft Maintenance Technician (AMT) is responsible for the inspection, repair, modification, and routine maintenance of A320 family aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations, company procedures, and safety standards. The AMT ensures airworthiness and maintains proper documentation and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities

Perform day-to-day planned and unplanned maintenance on A320 family aircraft. Conduct all work in compliance with company manuals and FAA regulations. Maintain current training as defined in company procedures. Support continuous improvement of maintenance processes. Operate and maintain Line Maintenance tools, equipment, and GSE. Conduct all aspects of Line Maintenance including:

Troubleshooting Engine runs Taxi operations

Communicate with Maintenance Control as defined in the GMM. Complete and submit all maintenance records and paperwork accurately and on time. Ensure safety, quality, and operational standards are upheld at all times. Provide support for AOG events and assist with aircraft recovery as needed. Conduct airworthiness releases in accordance with GMM Section 5.7. Supervise or coordinate vendor/contractor maintenance services when required. Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment. Perform other duties as assigned. Working Conditions

Frequent exposure to airborne particles, fumes, noise, and mechanical components. Occasional work in extreme weather conditions. Must be able to lift up to 45 lbs., stand, walk, bend, climb, and perform physically demanding tasks. Travel (domestic/international) up to 20%, including overnight and weekend assignments. Work hours may include evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required; college or technical training. Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate required. Minimum 5 years of aircraft maintenance or avionics/electrical experience. Completion of a 40-hour A320 Familiarization Course required. Meets FAA experience requirements per 14 CFR 65.83. Proven expertise in aircraft systems, troubleshooting, and repair. Ability to interpret wiring diagrams and technical manuals. Familiarity with MEL/CDL/NEF documentation and GMM compliance. Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record. Valid U.S. Passport or eligibility to obtain one. Ability to obtain and maintain airport SIDA badge and customs clearance. Previous experience in AOG response and operational control a plus. Sheet metal and avionics troubleshooting skills.
