Temple Court, a Tom Colicchio Restaurant in the Beekman Hotel, is looking for a PM Captain to join their growing team. This range is provided by Crafted Hospitality. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Base pay range
$11.00/hr - $11.00/hr Responsibilities
Graciously greeting and guiding guests as the main contact through their experience Communicating with kitchen, managers, and sommeliers to ensure guest satisfaction Properly managing time and resources to balance the guest experience and the needs of the restaurant Accurately preparing checks and accepting payment Upholding service standards to ensure a memorable guest experience Maintaining and upholding our company\'s vision and values Demonstrating a passion for details and a willingness to learn Taking part in pre-service duties and applicable closing duties Exhibiting a familiarity with daily menus Participating in service/culinary education sessions Maintaining a safe, sanitary, and organized work environment Qualifications
At least 2 years of serving experience in a fine dining restaurant Strong knowledge and interest in food and beverage Knowledge of POS systems Has a sincere interest in the hospitality industry Demonstrate clear written and verbal communication skills Able to work in a team environment and welcome feedback and direction Capability to stand for prolonged periods of time Lift up to 50 pounds of weight Ability to reach, bend, stoop, climb up and down stairs, walk, carry multiple objects Perks
