Reservations Agent
at Hotel Jerome, part of the Auberge Resorts Collection, focused on creating refined hospitality experiences. The role involves serving as the gateway to bespoke reservations and curating guest experiences with grace and sophistication. Responsibilities
Creating a genuine, informative, and personalized guest reservations experience by accurately inputting guest contact information and adding details to guest history (previous stays, special occasions, preferences, and other pertinent information). Responding to guests’ inquiries regarding room reservations, availability, general questions about accommodations, pricing, and special offers. Maintaining complete knowledge of resort facilities/services (hours of operation), accommodations, layouts, décor, attributes, and locations; understanding rates, packages, promotions; spa treatments and offerings, benefits and costs; daily availability; events; directions; and local information. Assisting and ensuring effective guest challenge resolution by collaborating with fellow guest service team members and other departments; ensuring follow-through and exceeding guest expectations when possible. Ensuring all billing and financial transactions are accurately and efficiently processed on behalf of guests. Upselling services and offerings as appropriate and educating guests about the resorts’ offerings. Qualifications
Two years in a hospitality, spa, or reservations position, preferably at a luxury resort. Ability to create professional business letter correspondence. Gracious people and sales skills, excellent phone manner, and ability to engage positively with guests. Ability to work cohesively with other departments as part of a team. Benefits
