Quality Project Engineer
to become a part of the HIROTEC team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Works with Project Manager to review projects. Helps develop procedures and documentation for accomplishing project goals. Reviews status reports prepared by project personnel and plans schedules per program timing. Prepares project reports for management, client, or others. Review design progress as required. Work to and continually strive to improve Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Safety (QDCS) Communicate internally and with customer on product recommendations to improve quality. Develop a level of expertise in managing assembly tooling quality; T101, Repeatability, tooling adjustments required to improve panel quality. Work with the assigned manpower to control the expenditures on a project within the scope of work Takes a lead responsibility for communications to be sure desired outcome is achieved. Good oral and written communication skills as required to communicate within the HIROTEC Corporation and external communications to customers. Position requires travel. Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
