YieldFi is an institutional‑grade DeFi asset management platform focused on secure, transparent yield generation. We work closely with funds, DAOs, and LPs to deploy capital into risk‑managed, on‑chain strategies targeting 10–15% net APY on stables, BTC, and ETH. Our vaults are managed by a team of quants and engineers from JPMorgan and Goldman Sachs, built with security‑first infrastructure leveraging MPC custody solutions.
The Opportunity YieldFi has grown from $3 M to $150 M+ in TVL in under six months – and we’re just getting started. As we scale toward becoming one of the largest on‑chain asset managers in Web3, we’re expanding our capital markets team to accelerate institutional adoption and strategic growth. This role is ideal for someone passionate about the intersection of DeFi, capital markets, and relationship‑driven sales – a builder who thrives in a fast‑moving, entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities
Identify, research, and engage prospective investors, DAOs, family offices, and institutional partners
Conduct structured outreach campaigns to generate qualified leads and opportunities
Work directly with the CRO to set meetings, qualify leads, and drive deals through the pipeline
Support client onboarding, account management, and relationship expansion initiatives
Manage CRM updates, pipeline reporting, and internal dashboards with actionable insights
Negotiate commercial terms with lending/borrowing platforms, liquidity providers, and vault curators to expand YieldFi’s on‑chain product reach
Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, product, and engineering to enhance client experience
Must Haves
1+ years of DeFi or crypto‑native experience, with a strong grasp of the institutional landscape
Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders, resolve issues, and maintain detailed documentation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with precision and professionalism
Strong analytical mindset and ability to understand financial and technical concepts
Personal Qualities
Resilient and proactive self‑starter with a bias for execution
Collaborative and adaptable, comfortable working across multiple time zones
Motivated by performance – eager to exceed targets and grow with the company
Intellectually curious about DeFi, capital markets, and emerging yield strategies
