As a Financial Performance Analyst, you will work to ensure the financial success of healthcare organizations by monitoring operational metrics and providing meaningful analysis. You will track key performance indicators, perform numerical analysis on financial concerns, and offer best practices. You will own customer relationships early on and lead discussions with healthcare executives, with the ability to impact decision making. You will identify potential financial risks and communicate them clearly, applying analytical skills to evaluate revenue cycle risk factors to transform healthcare finance. Responsibilities

Monitor financial and operational metrics for healthcare organizations and provide meaningful analysis. Take ownership of customer relationships and lead discussions with and influence healthcare executives. Identify potential financial risks and communicate them clearly to clients and stakeholders. Apply numerical analysis to financial concerns and evaluate revenue cycle risk factors to support transformation in healthcare finance. Collaborate with clients to understand financial needs and present actionable insights. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field with a history of academic success Work experience in a finance-related field is preferred Knowledge of financial statements, analytical techniques, SQL Ability to assess data accuracy by comparing to budgets and/or forecasts Willingness to question assumptions, explain analyses and form conclusions Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed) COVID-19 vaccination Employment type
