Assist Store Leader with hiring and training new Team Members. Assist with coordinating the day-to-day workflow of Team Members in the operation; provide direction to the team. Assist the Store Leader with employment actions, including discipline and termination of Team Members in accordance with company policy. Monitor the store’s performance, identify and facilitate opportunities to increase productivity and efficiency. Assist customers with questions or price discrepancies. Enforce the proper use of sales pitches with the Team. Maintain proper cash accountability at POS registers. Perform other duties as assigned. Essential Duties

Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to read, count, and write accurately. Ability to work various hours, weekends, and holidays. Ability to smile and maintain a clean appearance per dress and grooming standards. Ability to assign and delegate tasks. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Prolonged periods standing and working on the cash register or related equipment. Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times. Work outside in a loud environment due to car wash equipment; frequent movement and physical activities such as lifting (0-50 lbs), bending, reaching, and stooping. Competencies
