Responsibilities and Qualifications
Midlevel associate with at least 3 years of public company reporting and compliance, capital markets, and/or corporate governance experience.
Experience in equity capital markets transactions, SEC compliance, and corporate governance for companies in a broad range of industries.
Ability to work closely with experienced practitioners on sophisticated matters at a national level.
Principals only – applicants must be principals and submit cover letter, resume, and law school transcripts.
