Overview
As a Financial Performance Analyst, you\'ll be working to ensure the financial success of some of the nation\'s largest and most successful healthcare organizations by monitoring their operational metrics and providing meaningful analysis. We take a proactive approach to our customers\' finances by tracking key performance indicators and offering best practices. You will be given ownership of customer relationships early on and will be expected to lead discussions with and impact the decision making of healthcare executives. You\'ll need the analytical skills and attention to detail to isolate potential financial risks for our customers as well as the communication and relationship management skills to effectively convey those risks. By applying numerical analysis to our customers\' financial concerns and evaluating and analyzing revenue cycle risk factors, you\'ll have a direct impact on the transformation of the healthcare industry. Relocation : This position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance. Location : Epic is located just outside Madison, Wisconsin, the second fastest growing market for tech talent in the United States and home to the state capital and the University of Wisconsin. Bachelor\'s degree in Finance or related area with a history of academic success Work experience in a finance-related field is preferred Knowledge of financial statements, analytical techniques, SQL Ability to assess data accuracy against budgets and forecasts Willingness to question assumptions, explain analyses and form conclusions Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed) COVID-19 vaccination Employment details
