Our Office Managers oversee daily operations of the dental practice, including supervising team members, managing patient flow, achieving team goals, and providing mentorship and training. Responsibilities: Daily Operations: Supervise all practice activities, manage opening and closing duties, and maintain supply inventory. Communication & Leadership: Facilitate daily morning huddles, develop relationships with doctors and regional managers, and ensure effective communication. Practice Performance: Achieve monthly and quarterly performance metrics, track and report on KPI’s, and ensure alignment with quarterly IMPACT goals. Team Member Management & Support: Supervise team members, manage performance, and provide guidance and support. Patient Support & Guidance: Communicate with patients in a courteous and professional manner, oversee patient flow, and provide support to encourage treatment acceptance. Requirements: Skills & Passion: Natural ability to relate to others, high emotional intelligence, and passion for helping others. Communication: Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable troubleshooting technical issues and using Microsoft Programs. Problem Solver: Proactive in finding creative solutions and mediating conflicts. A Collaborative Spirit: Thrives in team environments and enjoys working with cross-functional teams.
