The Construction team manages delivering data centers from conception through commissioning, working with Sales, Operations, Development, and Engineering, and with partner contractors to deliver projects on schedule and budget. Our internal team directly drives the process to align long-term operational sustainability with value engineering and cost metrics. Position Overview

Vantage is seeking an ambitious and self-starting Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. This role is integral to ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. The Project Coordinator will work closely with project managers, team members, and stakeholders to maintain the smooth flow of project activities. Essential Job Functions

Project Coordination: assist in the day-to-day coordination of construction projects, ensuring activities align with project goals and objectives. Schedule and organize project meetings, ensuring necessary team members and stakeholders are informed and prepared. Support project delivery to ensure on-time, on-budget completion with quality and safety standards. Contract and PO Management: assist in the management of contracts and purchase orders (POs) for vendors; ensure processes follow company policies. Document Control and Compliance: maintain project documentation per Vantage procedures and ensure records are accurate, organized, and accessible. Communication and Reporting: maintain open communication with project managers and stakeholders; prepare and distribute project reports highlighting milestones, risks, and issues. Additional Duties: perform other duties as assigned by Management. Job Requirements

Education/Experience

Combination of education and/or proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role is required. 1-3 years of experience in assisting construction projects is preferred. Contract preparation experience is preferred. Skills

Strong organizational and project management skills. Texas Notary Public Commission is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. High integrity and professionalism; positive and proactive attitude. Customer-focused with a passion for enhancing employee experience; ability to work independently and as part of a team. Travel required up to 5% (may increase over time).
