A top-tier Am Law 100 global law firm is seeking a motivated mid-level Corporate Transactions Associate to join its nationally recognized M&A and Corporate Finance practice. This role is open in multiple U.S. locations: Atlanta, Charlotte, Miami, New York City, and Washington, D.C. Responsibilities
Manage complex M&A, leveraged buyouts, corporate governance, and commercial transactions Collaborate with clients, investment bankers, and other advisors throughout deal processes Work in a collegial, team-focused environment across diverse industry sectors ESOP M&A experience or interest is a plus Candidate Profile / Qualifications
4 to 6 years of experience at a law firm specializing in M&A and corporate finance Strong attention to detail with excellent communication and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple client engagements and priorities efficiently Proven team player with a strong work ethic Compensation & Benefits
