Equipment Operator Lead Journey 3

to help us Keep Alaska Moving! What You Will Be Doing: Maintain state highways, airports (including a Category III FAA Part 139 airport), bridges, seaplane bases, and related infrastructure year-round. Operate and maintain heavy equipment such as plow trucks, graders, loaders, sweepers, blowers, and Aircraft Rescue and Fire Fighting (ARFF) vehicles. Perform snow and ice control, pavement repair, sweeping, striping, ditching, brushing, drainage work, and installation or repair of roadway and airport components. Conduct ARFF duties, runway inspections, friction testing, wildlife hazard management, and airport security inspections in compliance with FAA and ASP requirements. Complete required documentation and reports, including timesheets, work logs, inspection forms, and wildlife tracking.
