Pay Range Base: $74,500.00/yr - $119,000.00/yr

Job Description Purpose: The Business Development Manager (BDM) represents the Facial Aesthetics product portfolio to targeted aesthetic customers within a designated geographical area. The BDM creates product acceptance and enhances portfolio growth through business development activities. The BDM provides technical product and procedure expertise as well as competitive product differentiation. Assigned sales goals are obtained through creative, consultative selling and implementation of the U.S. Sales/Marketing plan.
Responsibilities
Leverage resources to accelerate adoption and sales growth of the Facial Aesthetics portfolio (BOTOX Cosmetic, JUVEDERM Collection of fillers, and Kybella brands).
Work and coordinate activities synergistically with other Allergan Aesthetics cross‑portfolio partners and support teams.
Comply with required reporting, requests, and compliance policies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business‑related field (preferred) or relevant and equivalent industry experience required.
Minimum of 3+ years of sales experience (business‑to‑business to consumer preferred).
Experience and knowledge of general marketing principles within the healthcare environment and the inner workings of a physician’s practice.
Valid driver’s license.
Strong business acumen and analytical skills; proven record of driving sales execution; effective consultative support; strong problem‑solving and resolution skillset; ability to develop key strategies and execute.
Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written; strong contract and negotiating skills; financial and budgetary experience.
Ability to travel and be in the field four days a week.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other software.
Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug screening test and meet safe driving requirements.
