General Summary
The Relex Super User serves as a strategic and technical expert in the Relex Forecasting & Replenishment platform. This role bridges business operations and system functionality, ensuring optimal performance, user adoption, and continuous improvement of Relex modules including demand forecasting, replenishment, and inventory planning.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary liaison for Relex-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and support.
Lead training and onboarding for new users and system enhancements.
Support business users across demand forecasting, replenishment, inventory planning, and space optimization modules.
Design, develop, and maintain tools and reporting that create efficiency and solve complex issues across the Inventory Management team.
Collaborate with IT, Relex support, and business teams to implement updates and new functionalities.
Monitor and validate data integrations between Relex and systems like ERP, EDW, and WMS.
Analyze system performance and user behavior to identify improvement opportunities.
Drive automation and reduce manual interventions across demand and supply processes.
Support strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects involving system upgrades or process redesign.
Develop and maintain SOPs, user guides, and FAQs to ensure consistent system usage.
Communicate KPI insights and translate data into actionable business solutions.
Serve as a thought partner to leadership in inventory, retail operations, and supply chain.
Qualifications Education
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Information Systems, Economics, or related field.
Graduate certificates in Supply Chain or Systems preferred.
Experience
3+ years in Supply Chain or Inventory Management.
2+ years of hands‑on experience with Relex or similar platforms (e.g., SAP IBP, Oracle RPAS, Blue Yonder).
Experience collaborating with third‑party vendors and cross‑functional teams.
Strong understanding of retail or supply chain planning processes such as forecasting, replenishment, inventory optimization, and store operations.
Skills
Strong statistical and forecasting knowledge.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, Access, SQL, VBA, SAS.
Excellent communication and training skills.
Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
Familiarity with APIs, middleware, and data integration methods.
Self‑starter with a collaborative mindset and continuous improvement orientation.
Work Environment & Expectations
