About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team in Plano, Texas. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodology, specifically as a Product Owner/Product Manager. This role is critical in driving product strategy, defining product vision, and ensuring alignment with business objectives while delivering exceptional value to our customers.
Primary Responsibilities
Lead the product management lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
Collaborate with cross functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to define product requirements and prioritize features.
Utilize SAFe principles to manage product backlogs, define user stories, and facilitate sprint planning and reviews.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and identify opportunities for innovation.
Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure product alignment with customer expectations and market trends.
Monitor product performance and user feedback post launch, making data driven decisions for continuous improvement.
Mentor and guide junior product team members in best practices and SAFe methodologies.
Experience
Strong knowledge and experience as a SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager.
Proven track record of managing successful product launches in a fast paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical skills and experience with data driven decision making.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team oriented environment.
Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Rally).
Familiarity with UX/UI principles and design thinking methodologies.
Experience in a technology driven industry, preferably in software or IT services. Certification in SAFe (e.g., SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager certification).
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
10-15 years of experience in product management, with a focus on Agile methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong problem solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
This role will be onsite in the Plano TX Area.
The pay range for this role is $100,000 - $125,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
