Key Responsibilities
Lead the day-to-day operations of a luxury rooftop lounge featuring craft cocktails, live entertainment, and high-end bottle service.
Oversee all aspects of guest experience, staffing, scheduling, financial performance, and venue presentation.
Drive revenue through
VIP relations, table and bottle sales, event programming, and brand partnerships .
Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to develop promotions, special events, and entertainment calendars that reflect the property’s sophisticated yet lively identity.
Recruit, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team to deliver consistent, elevated service in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.
Maintain strict compliance with safety, service, and operational standards to ensure excellence and accountability.
Serve as the face of the venue—building relationships with guests, influencers, and strategic partners to strengthen brand presence and loyalty.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5–7 years of leadership experience in luxury nightlife, rooftop lounges, or lifestyle hospitality venues.
Proven success driving profitability through
sales performance, guest engagement, and operational efficiency .
Deep understanding of New York’s hospitality and nightlife market.
Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire teams and foster an upbeat, guest-centric culture.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
A passion for innovation, energy, and creating moments that captivate and connect guests.
