Ensuring shelves are clean, maintaining temperature control, verifying expiration dates, and disposing of lesser-quality food products

What you’ll do
Be a Team Member : Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborate with cross-functional teams; educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources; communicate effectively with team members; be flexible to work in other areas as needed.
Be an Expert : Prepare food according to item specifications; plan for future productions and mass productions; prepare for seasonality; adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management; operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment; understand product and layout execution.
Be a Techie : Use digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience; leverage handheld technology for production, ordering, receiving club pick-up orders, training, and product quality; adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them.
Be an Owner : Drive area performance; stock and rotate merchandise; ensure quality and date control; reduce waste; assist members with purchasing decisions and inquiries; resolve member issues.
Be a Talent Ambassador : Act as a brand advocate; inspire others to work in a respectful, supportive, and team-oriented style; identify roadblocks and assist in training.
Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics; apply these in business processes and practices.
Complete work assignments by using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co-workers, customers, and other partners; set priorities and deadlines; communicate progress; identify opportunities for improvement; adapt to change and feedback.
