We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Coordinator to join our commercial construction team, supporting exciting clubhouse and amenity center projects. This role focuses on the landscaping or masonry scope of work, ensuring these specialized areas run smoothly from concept to completion.
This position is primarily office-based with limited field involvement and is designed to support project managers by handling coordination, documentation, and communication. You'll play an essential role in keeping projects on track—managing submittals, purchase orders, schedules, and vendor communication.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate all project documentation and submittals specific to landscaping or masonry scopes.
Communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams to ensure materials, schedules, and approvals stay on track.
Prepare and track purchase orders, submittals, and material delivery schedules.
Support project managers by handling repetitive coordination tasks and ensuring information is accurate and complete.
Attend occasional site meetings to stay informed on project progress and field needs.
Maintain organized records, logs, and files for active and completed projects.
Assist with estimating or takeoffs as needed (limited scope).
Collaborate closely with internal project teams to ensure seamless coordination and project efficiency.
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the landscaping or masonry industry (required).
Strong understanding of construction documentation, submittal processes, and procurement.
Excellent communication skills—comfortable interacting with field crews, vendors, and project managers.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word); experience with construction management software a plus.
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability and follow-through.
