MGS has an exciting opportunity for a
Quality Control Coordinator
to join our
MGS Germantown Manufacturing
team. As a Quality Control Coordinator at MGS, you will ensure that products and services meet established quality standards, implement quality control processes, and collaborate with various departments to enhance product quality. Responsibilities
Foster a quality culture by promoting a mindset of quality awareness and compliance within the team. Establish and maintain quality control standards to ensure Data Integrity policy and Good Documentation procedures are followed. Coordinate and maintain metrology equipment within the Calibration system. Review, approve, and maintain calibration and exception reports according to MGS procedures. Perform and monitor particulate and microbial testing according to MGS procedures for Class 8 Cleanrooms compliance with ISO 14644 requirements. Assist Production, Engineering, and Quality by investigating and aiding in the resolution of non-conformances. Assist Quality Engineer with coordination of internal and external non-conformances and returns of goods (RMA) for inspection. Coordinate and supervise Quality Control resources. Maintain, monitor, and audit incoming, first‑piece, in‑process, and final inspection processes for accuracy, completeness, and compliance. Provide guidance and schedule coordination for New Development projects as it relates to metrology resources and inspections. Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Quality Control ensuring compliance with quality standards, regulations and customer requirements. Any other duties as assigned. Required Experience
Associates or Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, or Manufacturing related field. 2‑5 years experience in Manufacturing or Quality Environment; Metrology/Quality Control areas a plus. Understanding of quality control methodologies, Quality Management Systems (QMS), and regulatory standards such as ISO 9001. Certifications in a related Quality field such as a Certified Quality Technician, Quality Engineer, or other related certification is a plus. Benefits
