Weekly pay:

$20.50 per hour Sign‑on bonus:

$1,000

(half paid at 30 days, the other half at 90 days) 60‑cent increases at 90 days and 180 days; 3% increase after 1 year Schedule: Sunday‑Tuesday 5:00 AM – 4:30 PM; Wednesday 5:00 AM – 10:45 AM Warehouse responsibilities include loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting. High‑school diploma or equivalent preferred At least 1 year powered industrial truck experience preferred At least 1 year previous team‑lead experience preferred At least 1 year Microsoft Office experience preferred At least 1 year prior warehouse experience preferred RF scanner advanced knowledge required Valid forklift operator’s license certified Strong verbal and written communication skills Effective leadership skills Ability to work independently and as a team member Excellent organizational skills Proactive approach to responsibilities Composure under pressure Health and safety method knowledge Bilingual (for Québec locations only) Responsibilities

Lead continuous improvement efforts for optimal efficiency Perform warehouse functions: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting Allocate resources and organize daily work duties to ensure optimal shift/team logistics Inspire and guide team members toward improved KPIs with appropriate leadership styles Provide employee orientation, technology, and tools to perform their jobs Promote health and safety methods within the warehouse Handle day‑to‑day paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.) Submit daily reports and propose action plans to enhance operational effectiveness and service levels Perform other duties as assigned Ryder is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and Drug‑free workplace.
