We’re seeking a Fisheries Project Manager to support delivering world-class projects for our fisheries clients in our Bellevue office. You’ll lead a team of engineers through the design process, interact directly with clients to develop and deliver engineering design tasks for planning and design of fish hatcheries and aquaculture systems, and mentor ambitious mid-level engineers. You’ll grow professionally by acting as a seller-doer and will be empowered to develop and manage projects in a trusting and supported environment. Responsibilities

Lead a technical team as Project Manager/Design Manager, coordinating resources to accomplish multiple, concurrent fisheries projects. Plan and provide design management and technical support for upstream and downstream fish collection and sorting facilities, fish passage and screening, acclimation facilities, and aquaculture water treatment. Design process water supply and treatment systems, utilities, wastewater, hydraulics, pipelines, and pump stations; coordinate design team activities. Grow professionally through participation on project teams and by developing client relationships. Lead business development activities with key clients and pursue new projects within a defined client portfolio. Manage projects through all phases (planning, execution, closeout) in alignment with contract scope, schedule, and budget. Mentor staff and pursue long-term client relationships, including strategy development, positioning, proposing, and negotiating contracts. Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, and/or Environmental Engineering. Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) is required. If not a Washington State PE, must obtain within one year of hire. Minimum of 7 years of progressive civil engineering experience. Ongoing Project Management/Design Management experience providing leadership and oversight of project delivery. Ideally, a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred). 10+ years of progressive civil engineering experience (preferred). Experience with fish hatcheries, aquaculture, drinking water or wastewater systems, water intakes, pump stations, or water resource projects (preferred). Benefits and policies
