Join Erickson Senior Living as a Business Office Manager, overseeing financial and billing data for Continuing Care services, liaising with the finance department, and managing all financial inquiries related to Continuing Care.

How You Will Make An Impact
Lead daily and monthly reconciliation of Continuing Care census including payer type, level of care, and care authorizations
Partner with admissions (HCC or HCSD) to ensure proper insurance information and pre-authorizations are captured
Guide team members through the month-end Triple Check process, including Rehab and MDS
Collect, collate, and coordinate approval and submission of all vendor invoices to the Corporate AP department for processing and payment
Assist residents with insurance and billing-related questions
Transmit accurate census information to third-party provider vendors (e.g., Pharmacy, Oxygen, Lab) to expedite billing
Prepare and verify state-specific forms and insurance information requests when applicable
Monitor Medicaid Pending applicants and maintain the Medicaid Pending tracking report
Reconcile and maintain Continuing Care resident funds in accordance with Federal and State regulations
Coordinate and assist residents in the Medicaid application and Spend-Down processes, including preparation and follow-up
Provide finance documentation to Long-Term Care companies as needed
What You Will Need
Minimum of 4 years business office manager experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility with multiple payers (MCR A, MCR B, Medicaid, Managed Care, etc.) and some general ledger/financial analysis experience
Proficiency in reviewing general ledger information and the ability to analyze such financial data to provide useful information to the Continuing Care staff and Billing Department
