Industrial Property Manager About the Role We are seeking an experienced Industrial Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of industrial properties located outside of Florida. This role is fully onsite in a Boca Raton office and requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a strong background in industrial property management, construction management, and tenant build‑out projects.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day‑to‑day operations, maintenance, and financial performance of a portfolio of industrial properties.
Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners, tenants, contractors, and vendors.
Manage tenant relations, including lease administration, renewals, and compliance with lease obligations.
Coordinate and manage construction projects, including tenant improvements, capital projects, and build‑outs — from budgeting through completion.
Prepare, monitor, and analyze operating budgets and financial reports.
Ensure timely resolution of maintenance and operational issues while maintaining cost efficiency.
Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and operational standards.
Work collaboratively with accounting, leasing, and legal teams to support property objectives.
Utilize property management software and other technical tools to track performance, maintenance, and tenant activity.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
5+ years of experience in industrial property management required.
Proven experience managing construction and tenant build‑out projects.
Strong technical proficiency with property management systems (e.g., Yardi, MRI, or similar).
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Highly detail‑oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive tenant and vendor relationships.
Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
