Be an Expert: understand quality processes for produce; prepare products to established standards; maintain product safety and sanitation; comply with laws, regulations, and policies related to produce quality.
Be a Techie: leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience; use handheld technology to support production, training, and product quality; adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them.
Be an Owner: drive area performance; manage inventory and aging; ensure quality and date control; reduce waste; assist customers per company policies.
Be a Talent Ambassador: model high-quality service and product standards; demonstrate energy and commitment.
Complies with company policies, procedures, and ethics; follows Open Door Policy in business processes.
Completes assignments by using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, co-workers, customers, and partners; prioritizes tasks and communicates progress; adapts to change.
