Be a Team Member: Maintains up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborates with cross-functional teams; educates other associates on tools, tasks and resources; communicates effectively with the team; and remains flexible to the needs of the business to work in other areas. Be an Expert: Prepares food according to item specifications; plans for future productions and mass productions; prepares for seasonality; adheres to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, inventory management; operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment; demonstrates understanding of product and layout execution. Be a Techie: Leverages digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience; uses handheld technology to make immediate business decisions related to production, ordering, receiving club pick up orders, training, and product quality with the member in mind; adapts to new tools and encourages others to use them. Be an Owner: Drives the performance of the area; stocks and rotates merchandise; ensures quality and date control standards; eliminates waste; provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying needs; assists members with purchasing decisions; addresses payment types and locating merchandise; resolves member issues and concerns. Be a Talent Ambassador: Acts as a brand advocate; develops, influences and inspires others to work in a respectful, supportive and team-oriented style; helps identify roadblocks and assists in training. Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by applying related action plans and Open Door Policy.
