Who You’ll Work With The Information Technology organization is the technological foundation of our business and works in collaboration with our partners from across the company. The team drives technology and digital transformation, partners with business leaders to design and execute new strategies through IT and operations services, and ensures the necessary IT risk management and security measures are in place and aligned with enterprise architecture standards and principles.
About The Role The Executive Support – Senior Technician will provide holistic white‑glove IT support and services to our executives, board members, senior leadership, and all internal/external VIPs. This role will collaborate with different teams and functions to provide the best support to our senior management and stakeholders. This position will be based out in our Woodland Hill office and report to our IT Executive Support and Services Leader.
Responsibilities
Deliver VIP/white‑glove IT support to executives, board members, senior leadership and investments across devices, applications, and collaboration platforms.
Provide hands‑on support for laptops, tablets, smartphones, video conferencing systems, and other executive technologies.
Ensure seamless operation of meetings, events, and presentations including remote and hybrid setups.
Manage executive hardware lifecycle including procurement, setup, imaging, deployment, and upgrades.
Act as a trusted technology advisor, anticipating and addressing executive needs proactively.
Collaborate with infrastructure, networking, and security teams to ensure secure, reliable IT experiences.
Monitor and resolve escalations quickly, minimizing downtime and impact in executive productivity.
Train executives and executive assistants on new technologies and digital workplace tools.
Participate in on‑call rotations and provide occasional off‑hours or travel support as needed.
Take an advocate role for executive users, help to run/lead business cases and projects that pertain to our executive population.
Participate and lead meetings with L2 and engineering teams on behalf of your executive and executive assistants.
Skills And Qualifications Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of experience in IT support with at least 2 years supporting C‑Suite or senior executive, preferably in financial services.
Technical Skills
Expert Knowledge of Windows and macOS Environments
Strong background with Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, and mobile device management (MDM)
Familiarity with enterprise networking, VPNs, and security tools.
Experience with video conferencing systems (Teams Rooms (windows/android) Webex, Poly/HP, Crestron, Logitech, etc.)
Certifications that demonstrate competency in enterprise IT (A+, etc.) are a plus
Professional Competencies
Exceptional communication, discretion, and customer service skills.
Ability to handle high‑pressure situations with calm and professionalism.
Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive.
Flexibility to support executives outside of normal business hours or during travel.
A ground up understanding of enterprise technology on a large scale.
Willingness to travel for your assigned senior executive (house calls, off‑sites)
Professional appearance. This role is very visible.
Compensation The anticipated salary range for this position is $95,000 to $110,000 for Jersey City, NJ region at the commencement of employment. In addition, the position is eligible for a discretionary bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
Work Location This position is based in Corebridge Financial’s Jersey City, NJ office and is subject to our hybrid working policy, which gives colleagues the benefits of working both in an office and remotely.
Estimated Travel May include up to 25%.
