What You Will Do

Manage data and communications across systems.

Input data into accounting, procurement, and project management systems.

Coordinate manpower planning and scheduling.

Welcome customers and potential recruits at the front desk.

Process and update prefab order forms.

Print and distribute necessary forms for the shop.

Coordinate material orders.

Manage inventory, including stock levels, material audits, and organization.

Conduct regular tool audits and maintain accurate records.

Oversee time‑tracking logs and provide performance data updates.

Required Skills, Experience & Personality Fit

Reliable, organized, and eager to begin your career and gain new skills – a pathway to larger roles within 6 months to a year.

Computer skills – MS Word, Excel, Outlook.

Ability to work in an office 5 days a week in Houston, TX.

Salary & Benefits Compensation starts at $45,000, with bonus potential and a $10,000 incentive upon promotion. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance; paid time off; paid holidays; a 401(k) plan with company contribution; and on‑site urgent care for prescriptions and health needs.

Additional requirements: successful drug test, background check, and a clean driving record before the start date.
