Overview
Licensed Transportation Engineer - Roadway in St. Louis, MO. You will perform engineering and project management duties on roadway projects, including preparing planning and design documents, processing design calculations, and preparing cost estimates. You will coordinate with other Olsson teams, professional staff, technical staff, and clients. Travel to job sites for observation and attendance at client meetings may be required. Responsibilities
Lead highway and roadway design, corridor planning, and infrastructure improvement projects. Prepare planning and design documents, perform design calculations, and prepare cost estimates. Coordinate with internal teams and clients; attend client meetings and observe job sites as needed. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, with an emphasis in transportation preferred A minimum of 4+ years of related engineering experience Experience with MicroStation OpenRoads Designer or AutoCAD Civil 3D Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in Missouri, or the ability to obtain within six months Knowledge of local municipal and DOT standards and procedures Strong communication skills and ability to contribute and work well on a team Passion for collaborative work and ownership in the work Benefits
