This role will be onsite Monday - Friday 9 - 5 pm (Austin HQ.) Overview
We are seeking an organized, proactive Office Manager
to support the daily operations of our Austin office. The Office Manager will be essential in maintaining a positive, welcoming, and well-run environment for our local team and visiting guests. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced setting, is hands-on with tasks both big and small, and brings a caring, people-first approach to their work. Responsibilities
Office Operations & Guest Experience: Welcome guests and new hires; support onboarding and office tours Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment Track, restock, and manage office supplies, snacks, and brand product Receive, distribute, and ship packages and product samples Coordinate and support team-wide and executive meetings and events Manage shared spaces (conference rooms, phone booths, common areas) Partner closely with the LA Office Manager to align on cross-office operations Facilitate communication between the LA, Austin, Nutrabolt, and remote teams General Admin Support
Handle office errands and inventory restocks Liaise with external vendors and building management for facilities needs (cleaning, maintenance, repairs) Manage expense tracking, receipts, and purchase records Support budget tracking and reporting in partnership with the LA Office Manager and Chief of Staff Culture Support
Assist with event and shoot prep (organizing props, samples, and materials) Coordinate weekly team lunches, executive meals, and in-office events Support product taste tests and compile team feedback Help design and customize branded materials (apparel, signage, merch) Maintain organized brand/event storage and inventory systems Contribute to company culture and employee engagement initiatives Qualifications
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills Proficient in Google Workspace Friendly, professional, and proactive with a strong attention to detail Comfortable supporting cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment Reliable and discreet when handling sensitive information Experience with scheduling, calendar management, and office operations a plus Experience with Cricut or crafting tools is a plus Access to a car preferred for errands and sourcing Experience in administrative or office support experience is a plus Bloom is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity in the workplace.
