Employbridge is hiring a

Bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representative

to support order processing, shipping coordination, and customer communications for a manufacturing/distribution operation in Opa‑locka. If you’re detail-oriented, Excel‑savvy, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment, we’d love to talk.

What You’ll Do

Process sales orders, returns, picking tickets, and invoices in a timely manner.

Coordinate daily carrier pick‑ups and optimize freight costs.

Prepare and track shipping documents (invoices, bills of lading); monitor shipment status.

Coordinate transfers to distribution centers; handle stamping documentation.

Maintain inventory controls: assist with warehouse processes, conduct physical counts, process transfers, and update records.

Serve as a liaison with consumers, distributors, and customers; handle inquiries and complaints and report quality issues.

Communicate effectively with supervisors and elevate issues for corrective action.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

What You Bring

Experience in manufacturing or distribution (required).

Direct experience interacting with customers and service providers.

Proficiency in Excel (creating spreadsheets for analysis/reporting).

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; high attention to detail; commitment to quality work.
