Overview
LABUR is supporting a global enterprise client through a strategic initiative to improve delivery and coordination across their SAP and Salesforce platforms. This engagement centers on driving cross-functional alignment, enhancing vendor collaboration, and ensuring timely execution of platform- critical projects. A Project Manager will serve as a key facilitator between technical teams, stakeholders, and external partners, bringing structure, clarity, and accountability to complex initiatives. By applying deep expertise in SAP and Salesforce systems, this individual will help the client overcome delivery challenges and elevate the quality and consistency of execution across their technology portfolio. Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project management for initiatives involving SAP and Salesforce systems, from initiation to completion. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including business teams, IT departments, and leadership, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies to ensure the successful execution of projects. Coordinate and communicate effectively with technical teams, ensuring a clear understanding of project requirements and alignment on goals. Monitor project progress, identifying potential roadblocks, and proactively implementing solutions to keep projects on track. Manage project budgets, resources, and risks to ensure projects are delivered within financial parameters and meet or exceed quality standards. Foster strong relationships with external vendors and partners, ensuring seamless integration of their services into project timelines. Regularly update and report project status to stakeholders and senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and upcoming milestones. Act as a point of contact for any project-related queries, providing timely and accurate responses to ensure transparency and clarity. Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and applying best practices to future projects. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field. Proven experience in project management, specifically leading projects involving SAP and Salesforce systems. Proficiency in using project management software and tools to develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resources. Strong familiarity with SAP and Salesforce systems, including a solid understanding of their functionalities, integration, and configuration capabilities. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners. Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.) is a plus. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within scope, and meeting or exceeding quality standards. Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced and evolving work environment. $50 - $70 per hour - Dependent on fit and experience.
