As a Financial Performance Analyst, you will help ensure the financial success of healthcare organizations by monitoring operational metrics and providing meaningful analysis. You will own customer relationships early, lead discussions with healthcare executives, and impact decision making. You will apply numerical analysis to financial concerns and evaluate revenue cycle risk factors to support transformation in the healthcare industry. Monitor operational metrics for healthcare organizations and provide analysis to support financial success. Track key performance indicators and offer best practices. Own customer relationships early and lead discussions with healthcare executives influencing decision making. Identify and communicate potential financial risks to customers. Apply numerical analysis to revenue cycle risk factors to contribute to the transformation of the healthcare industry. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance or related area with a history of academic success Work experience in Finance-related field is preferred Knowledge of financial statements, analytical techniques, SQL Ability to assess data accuracy based on comparisons to budgets and/or forecasts Willingness to question assumptions, explain analyses and form conclusions Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed) COVID-19 vaccination Job Details
