Tuesday to Saturday
Must be comfortable working 4 weekdays and 1 weekend
Job Responsibilities
Manage all properties owned or leased by the organisation
Liaise with and manage external service providers and contractors (e.g., security, cleaning, technology, renovation)
Supervise teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance, facilities and security
Ensure the ongoing maintenance, safety, and operational efficiency of all facilities
Manage budgets and cost-effectiveness of all facilities
Ensure compliance with all relevant government regulations, including environmental, health, safety, and security standards
Oversee building projects, renovations and refurbishments
Allocate and manage space within company premises
Oversee all aspects of relocation and leasing
Develop and execute property management strategies, including leasing, acquisition, and disposal
Well-versed in market rates and regularly updated on property costs and legal requirements to support informed decision-making
Job Requirements
Minimum degree holder in business, engineering or related field
5 years of relevant working experience
Background in retail space, leasing or building management is an advantage
Willing to work on weekends and evenings when required (hours can be offset)
Strategically minded with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organisational and managerial skills
