Job Description Apogee Solutions, a Woman-Owned Small Business, is seeking a Program Manager to support The Guard Bureau, Soldier Training Support Program and Range Training Land Program on a regional level at Camp Shelby, MS. Qualified candidates must have an active Department of Defense Secret clearance.

The Program Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for the customer and be responsible for overseeing contract deliverables and personnel management. Support under this contract includes supporting the day-to-day operations of the Training Support Centers, providing instruction and certification to soldiers through the Regional Virtual Training Program, and providing range training operations support through the Range Training Land Program.

The Program Manager will:

Provide appropriate program management and supervision to contract staff to ensure all activities are conducted consistently and efficiently so Government program goals are met.

Oversee workflow management and support the development of all contract deliverables.

Ensure quality management of each contract staff and program operations.

Serve as the liaison between the COR, contracting office, and contract personnel to identify and resolve any problems.

Act as an advisor to the customer on mission critical issues and work to create innovative solutions to problems facing today’s warfighter.

Create and deliver monthly reports including project plans designed to track progress on objectives, deliverables, and tasks under the contract.

Coordinate and lead high level meetings to discuss contract progression and mission essential questions or issues.

Provide leadership to a multi-functional team.

Required Experience

Active DOD Secret clearance

A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university

A minimum of 8 years' experience in functional operations of the Army Guard training support

Working knowledge of Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution System (PPBES); Training Program Evaluation Group (TT-PEG) processes and procedures; Army’s Sustainable Range Program to include the Range Complex Master Planning process; and Army’s Soldier Training Support Program;

Familiarity with fielded TADSS and the TS-MATS system
