This position, reporting directly to the VP of Quality Assurance/Quality Control, is responsible for documenting, managing, implementing, and institutionalizing various Quality Control activities at the project site. Reporting Relationship: This position reports directly to the Vice President of Quality Assurance/Quality Control (or designated representative in the QAQC service center). Responsibilities

Control of Documents and Records; Control of Nonconforming Installation; Initiation, follow-up, and closure of corrective and preventive actions. Document and implement the Quality Plan tailored to project specifications and contractual requirements. Partner with the project team to understand the complete scope of work. Establish and lead a 3-Phase Quality Control Process, conducting preparatory, initial, and follow-up inspections. Collect data from internal inspections on conformity and compliance; prepare weekly inspection data logs. Manage Discrepancy Notices, Corrective Action Reports, and CAPA. Identify and provide solutions to project-specific issues based on knowledge and experience. Manage punch list identification and closeout process. Lead quality initiatives for the project. Review engineering deliverables to ensure comments are addressed. Coordinate with third-party design and testing agencies, implementing recommendations as necessary. Participate in daily ORM meetings to discuss Quality issues. Assess project performance under the quality system; provide guidance and support. Perform receipt inspections of procured materials. Support internal audits and perform Quality Control tasks, including document review and design review for constructability. Implement the 3-Phase Quality Control approach for all applicable work. Create detailed installation checklists; perform inspections; analyze data for continuous improvement. Participate in safety meetings and project meetings to address Quality issues. Manage and resolve all Quality or Commissioning punch-lists, ensuring requirements are communicated and understood. Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years construction experience on similar projects with a bachelor's degree, or 15+ years with a high school diploma/GED. Experience in QAQC roles, either as a QAQC manager or in related project management capacities. Experience overseeing the integration of Quality Management Systems across disciplines and with various stakeholders. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Ability to interpret construction drawings and documents. Must pass a background check. Extensive knowledge of USACE/NAVFAC 3-Phase Quality Control System; experience on military bases or government contracts preferred. Journeyman's Electrical License and certification from a recognized Apprenticeship Program are preferred. Abilities
