Job Description:
This position is to support the quality related activities for global parts to identify customer requests and communicate with international suppliers. The support person will help to identify documents that are needed and retrieve them by due dates. Other roles are to identify customer complaints and support containment, root cause and countermeasures investigations from the supplier, and recover any financial impacts from the responsible parts.
Salary Range:
50k-55k DOE.

Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of automotive manufacturing or quality experience.
Ability to read, interpret and comprehend quality documents; effective written & verbal communication.
Familiarity with PPAP, SQAM, and other automotive quality standards.
Self‑motivated with a keen interest in problem solving in manufacturing quality.
Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of Safety Data Sheets.
