As part of our Workplace Planning and Advice team, you'll begin a multi-stage development process into career planning and advice. Connect with participants via calls, build relationships, and guide them through their options, introducing our services. Develop expertise in assisting with general service needs and withdrawal requests in inbound calls. Advance to providing consultative advice on retirement and investment needs as you gain experience. We provide comprehensive training to develop your skills and prepare you for FINRA licensing exams. No finance background or degree required. Study at your own pace with our roadmap. You will be supported in learning our business, leveraging technology, and building your career within Fidelity’s inclusive culture. Our training resources will help you succeed. You’ll also have opportunities to explore advanced planning roles beyond initial call handling. The Skills You Bring

Excellent client relationship skills and experience with sales or consultative processes. Accountability, goal-oriented mindset, and ability to ask insightful questions. Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment, comfortable with technology, and able to navigate multiple systems. Willingness to obtain SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 licenses upon hire.
