Position Summary Command the skies as a Captain in an elite private aviation environment, where precision, leadership, and discretion define every mission. In this role, you’ll take full responsibility for the safe and efficient operation of state‑of‑the‑art aircraft, lead a professional crew, and ensure an exceptional experience for discerning clientele. You’ll navigate a variety of domestic and global routes, adapt quickly to changing conditions, and uphold the highest standards of safety, service, and professionalism.

Minimum Requirements We’re seeking experienced pilots who are ready to rise to the challenge.
What We’re Looking For:
Expert Credentials: Airline Transport Pilot Certificate and FAA First Class Medical
Proven Experience: 3,500 hours total fixed‑wing time, including 1,500 hours as Pilot in Command, 1,500 hours multi‑engine, 500 hours turbojet, 500 hours turbine, 100 hours night and 75 simulated instrument
Flexibility: Ability to work a variable schedule to meet flight mission profiles
Global Readiness: Willingness to travel extensively worldwide with no restrictions
Education: High school diploma required
License Requirements: Valid driver’s license

Main Responsibilities What You’ll Do:
Lead with confidence: Take command of all assigned flights, making critical decisions to ensure safety and compliance with regulations
Deliver excellence: Maintain a complete working knowledge of all aircraft systems to operate with precision, manage flight plans, and adapt to changing conditions
Collaborate and mentor: Work closely with the Second in Command, imparting knowledge and skills to prepare them for future leadership roles
Champion safety: Perform the functions of the In‑TSA Flight Security Coordinator under applicable security program provisions; conduct passenger safety briefings and report hazards
Provide administrative excellence: Manage trip documentation, maintain aircraft manuals, and complete accurate trip paperwork according to company procedures
Represent the brand: Be the face of Jet Aviation, showcasing professionalism and dedication to our mission of delivering exceptional service
Work Environment What You’ll Experience:
Physical requirements: Regular use of hands, standing, walking, and sitting; occasional climbing, kneeling, or crouching; frequent lifting up to 50 pounds including overhead lifting; maintain sharp vision across various ranges and depths
Work environment: Operate in a variety of settings, from heavy maintenance areas to upscale customer spaces; experience high noise, vibrations, fuel fumes, and changing weather and temperature extremes in hangar settings
Global impact: Travel the world, delivering exceptional service and representing Jet Aviation’s commitment to excellence
Compensation The anticipated salary range for this position is $290,000 to $310,000. The final salary will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's experience, geographic location, and other relevant considerations.
