Plumbing Designer

Location: Rogers, Arkansas As part of the Buildings Group for Garver, the

Plumbing Designer

will be responsible for developing plumbing designs to support various projects within the Buildings Business Line. Responsibilities include leading the planning, design, and commissioning of: Building domestic water systems Building sanitary sewer systems Building roof/storm drain systems This role also involves coordination with support disciplines and regional offices, assisting engineers in plumbing system design, and following quality assurance and control plans. Abilities and Attributes Needed:

Knowledge of building plumbing system principles Experience interfacing with project teams from design to construction Ability to manage project budgets and schedules Experience designing plumbing systems throughout project phases Proficiency with BIM software for producing construction drawings Experience with software-based calculation tools Ability to manage multiple assignments concurrently Strong time management and quality focus Commitment to continuing education and team development Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of building plumbing system design and construction experience Solid understanding of plumbing system principles Proven experience with detailed plumbing plans and specifications Strong communication and collaboration skills Experience with Autodesk Revit Proficiency with MS Office Suite Preferred Skills:

Medical gas system design experience Petroleum, oil, and lubricating (POL) system design experience Food service plumbing systems design experience Fire sprinkler system design experience Experience with AIA MasterSpec Grow With Us
