Facility: West Delray Nursing and Rehabilitation Center
Location: Delray Beach, Florida
Shift: Full‑time
Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 per year (based on experience)

Business Office Manager
to oversee administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in billing, accounts management, and HR support, with a commitment to excellence in long‑term care.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct administrative support to the Administrator and department heads.
Serve as liaison between the Administrator’s office and all facility departments.
Handle general administrative duties including typing, filing, accounts processing, and recordkeeping.
Assist with scheduling meetings with families, outside agencies, and third‑party payors.
Act as the facility’s Workers’ Compensation Coordinator.
Represent the Business Office at Medicare meetings.
Serve as liaison to Future Care for accounts payable/receivable and payroll functions.
Process and distribute resident PNA funds and conduct weekly bank runs.
Provide front desk coverage and visitor support as needed.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in billing or supervisory role within a skilled nursing facility business office.
Strong knowledge of long‑term care regulations, policies, and procedures.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and support various departments.
