Cresco Labs is seeking an Order Fulfillment Supervisor to join our Massachusetts team. This position will support fulfillment needs between both our Uxbridge and Fall River locations. Uxbridge as the fulfillment location and Fall River as replenishment. The Order Fulfillment Supervisor will be responsible for the efficient and accurate fulfillment of sales orders in anticipation of their delivery. The Order Fulfillment Supervisor coordinates the selection of packaged finished goods from inventory storage for sales order preparation and transfer to logistics team for delivery, under the direction of the Order Fulfillment Manager. The Order Fulfillment Supervisor will also be responsible for accepting incoming deliveries of product into the facilities and coordinating with the teams for proper receipt and storage. Another main duty will partner with the Order Fulfillment Manager to create and maintain daily delivery schedule. Responsible for Order Fulfillment and Logistics team members day-to-day functions and assigning job duties. CORE JOB DUTIES
Fulfilling Orders: Maintains organization of Finished Goods inventory storage, facilitating accuracy in order picking and packing. Manifesting sales orders of finished goods for delivery. Picking finished goods from vault storage for individual dispensaries. Confirming packaging and marketing labels are correct on finished goods. Organizing team’s daily picking and sorting based on daily order needs. Partner with Sales team to ensure smooth communication between logistics team members and customers. Confirming case counts, manifests, ensuring no rejections nor complaints from customers. Ensure delivery vehicles are loaded and leave facilities on time and arriving to destinations on schedule. Placing customer orders on schedule based on logistics, on-hand inventory, and customer requests. Partner with the Manager on maintaining vehicle fleet maintenance program and coordinating bringing company vehicles to repair shops as necessary. Maintaining documentation for compliance of vehicles to maintain legal road worthy status as well as service records. Ensuring incoming shipments of cannabis is received into the facilities accurately and timely. Maintain vault inventory accuracy daily with incoming/outgoing product. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
1 - 3 years of experience or education in Inventory Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Order Fulfillment, or similar is preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedures. Well organized and ability to keep deadlines. Works well with all peers. Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task. Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment. Basic Excel, Word, and general computer knowledge. BENEFITS
