Job Description
The Assistant Manager is a multi-faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Strategically, assistant managers drive sales by analyzing the business and providing best-in-class customer service. They oversee daily store operations including opening and closing routines and driving efficiency in all store processes. They leverage creative expertise through floorset updates, styling recommendations and product knowledge. They act as talent leaders, driving recruiting, training, engagement and development. They bring their best selves every day and, with a promote-from-within philosophy, have the opportunity to grow into future store leaders.
