City: San Francisco Location: 1074 - Recology Service Center - San Francisco office Subsidiary Name: Recology Service Center This role resides within Recology’s Legal Department on its Compliance Team. You will work on projects focused on Compliance initiatives, managing multiple tasks and working independently on research for specific business needs. Reporting to the Director of Compliance, this position entails supporting regulatory and data initiatives, as well as ad hoc projects within the Compliance team. You will lead business analysis requirements gathering and project delivery for compliance initiatives, interact with the business daily, and communicate with senior management. You should be comfortable with corporate compliance and ethics initiatives. Essential Responsibilities

Lead, support, and execute Compliance-related initiatives under guidance. Work with senior management and oversee department activities as the lead business analyst. Collaborate with IT to improve technological solutions and business strategies. Analyze business trends and gaps in Compliance workflows and reporting. Develop solutions based on business trends and gaps. Become SME on Compliance-related initiatives. Build and present presentations and key requirements documents for the Compliance team and leadership. Maintain and prepare business requirements and project plans for Compliance projects. Facilitate communication between the Compliance team and internal partners. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required. 3+ years of related experience. Advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, including creating high-quality PowerPoint presentations and using formulas and tables in Excel. Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred. Ideal candidate: Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP), or Leadership Professionals in Ethics & Compliance (LPEC) certification, or equivalent. Good understanding of compliance laws and regulations, such as FCPA. Ability to lead multiple projects and provide expertise in other areas. Strong analytical, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills. Understanding of how technology applies to compliance programs. Recology Offers
