Overview We are seeking a highly organized and creative

Project Manager

to lead merchandise initiatives for our roster of music artists. This role will oversee the full lifecycle of artist merchandise projects—from concept and design through production, e-commerce launch, and tour distribution. The ideal candidate has strong project management experience in entertainment, fashion, or e-commerce, with a deep understanding of the music industry and fan culture.

Key Responsibilities

Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables for multiple artist merchandise campaigns simultaneously.

Liaise between artists, management teams, designers, vendors, and fulfillment partners to ensure cohesive execution.

Collaborate with creative teams to translate artist vision and brand identity into compelling product lines.

Oversee sampling, quality control, and vendor relations to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.

Coordinate product launches on webstores, pop-ups, and tour merch booths, ensuring smooth operations.

Track sales performance, inventory, and customer insights to optimize future merchandise drops.

Create and monitor project budgets, invoices, and POs in coordination with finance teams.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in merchandise project management, ideally within music, entertainment, or lifestyle brands.

Familiarity with production processes, materials, and supplier networks.

Proven track record managing creative production and product lifecycles end-to-end.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Experience using project management tools (Trello, Miro, Shopify, etc)

Passion for music, fan culture, and artist branding.
