As our market continues to grow organically, we’re excited to welcome a third Sales Support Assistant to our team. This full-time, onsite role is ideal for someone with a logistics background, 2+ years of sales support experience, and a strong grasp of mathematical concepts and unit conversions.

Location:

Onsite in Miami, FL (Monday–Friday)

Role Overview As a Sales Support Assistant, you’ll be a vital link between our sales, operations, and logistics teams. You’ll generate accurate quotes and purchase orders, coordinate with suppliers and customers, and ensure smooth communication across departments. This role offers hands‑on exposure to international trade, product knowledge, and industry‑specific training.

Key Responsibilities

Create and manage sales quotes and purchase orders in SAP

Coordinate with suppliers and customers to confirm order details and timelines

Apply shipping instructions and Incoterms knowledge to support order accuracy

Liaise with logistics, warehouse, operations, and sales teams to ensure alignment

Participate in trade shows, training sessions, and customer visits to build industry expertise

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support or customer service

Logistics background with understanding of shipping documentation and intermodal transport

Familiarity with Incoterms and international shipping instructions

Strong mathematical skills, including unit conversions

Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field is a plus

Must be able to work onsite Monday–Friday
