Guest Experience Lead (Contract Through April 2026) | Woodbury Common Premium Outlet We are looking for a Guest Experience Lead to join the lululemon team at Woodbury Common Premium Outlet. The role is a contract position through April 2026 and focuses on delivering an exceptional in‑store experience that drives sales and supports team members.

Job Summary As a Guest Experience Lead, you will serve as a store leadership team member and oversee or provide technical product education that articulates the value of our products and brand to meet the unique needs of each guest. You will be responsible for driving store performance on the floor through guest experience and team achievement of daily sales or unit targets.

Core Responsibilities

Bring the lululemon guest experience framework to life, leading from the floor to establish an exceptional and inclusive guest experience.

Continuously assess the level of guest connection and technical product education, ensuring every single guest receives technical product education and assisting the guests when needed.

Move dynamically and lead from the floor as the Supervisor on Duty to assess and fulfill the needs of the business, team, and guests.

Conduct preparation activities to ensure in‑store readiness for guests and maintain operational excellence throughout the shift.

Open and close the store in accordance with the opening and closing procedures.

Review and interpret daily business data and metrics to track progress toward sales goals and motivate the team to drive results.

Participate in the store’s hiring process, including recruitment, selection and hiring recommendations, onboarding, and training.

Address team member performance and support ongoing learning and development by providing direct feedback, coaching and hands‑on experiences.

Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team by establishing supportive working relationships and engaging with team members to create a fun and productive environment.

Job Requirements

Legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.

Ability to travel to the assigned store with reliable transportation.

1 year of retail or customer experience experience, including guest resolution or navigating difficult conversations.

Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.

High school diploma/GED or equivalent, or above (nice to have).

1 year of retail/sales leadership experience (examples: leading delegated assignments/tasks, mentoring or assisting peers).

Food safety and/or liquor service certification (for experiential stores with food/beverage service only).

Schedule/Availability

Work schedule can vary based on store needs.

Shifts across mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, holidays.

During peak times or special events, schedule may include early mornings or late nights/overnights.

Compensation & Benefits Package

Base Pay Range : $24.00 – $27.61/hour, subject to minimum wage in the location

Target Bonus : $2.00/hour

Total Target Base Pay Range : $26.00 – $29.61/hour

The base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
