Customer Service Specialists work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend suitable solutions. They are expected to promptly resolve customer concerns, ensure maximum client satisfaction, stay updated with product features, and maintain high store standards. These specialists aim to deliver excellent customer service while meeting sales goals.
Job duties involve contact with customers, including minors, and access to cash, electronic equipment, personal information, merchandise, and other valuables. Access may be supervised or unsupervised. To protect the business, its reputation, and the safety of customers and staff, a review of criminal history is required.
The selected individual will work at Store #727783 located at 1795 US HWY 380, Ste 100, Frisco, TX 75033.
Minimum Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old Legally authorized to work without sponsorship now or in the future Able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish Capable, with or without reasonable accommodation, to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and 70 lbs. occasionally, and retrieve materials from shelves Willing to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends Preferred Qualifications:
Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License High School diploma or GED At least one year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service Experience selling paint and related products Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment

Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent sales service Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products Build trust with wholesale and retail customers Process sales transactions accurately Meet sales goals regularly Maintain accurate work order files and formulas Pull products from shelves or warehouse Mix products to customer specifications Stock shelves and set up displays Clean store equipment Load and unload delivery trucks Assist with deliveries as needed Keep areas in stock and presentable Stay knowledgeable about products and discuss options Follow inventory procedures Suggest sales improvements
