Member Support Center Specialist
Pay Rate $20.40 per hour
Hours Full Time, 40 hours per week. Monday-Wednesday 8am-5pm, Thursday-Friday 8am-6pm, Saturday 9am-12pm. When working Saturday mornings, you will have a half day off during the week.

What You’ll Do
Assist members with account inquiries and account maintenance via phone, email or other electronic methods
Answer a high volume of incoming calls
Troubleshoot calls regarding member accounts
Educate members on products and services that meet their needs
Requirements
Customer service experience over the phone
Call center or high volume phone experience is a plus
Strong communication skills
Work well in a fast-paced environment
Navigate throughout multiple programs on a computer at one time
