Sr Paid Search Strategist
to join us. Our team implements leading-edge digital marketing strategies, utilizes the latest technologies and ROI tracking tactics. Reporting to the Head of Paid Media, you’ll assist by managing paid search campaigns, collaborating with EverBrand marketing teams on growth strategy, and performing analysis on a group of brands. You will help advance strategy and execution of additional customer acquisition channels including new channels, display, and remarketing. Responsibilities
Increase quality leads at efficient costs, testing strategies on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Be part of the ongoing conversation of how to best execute and measure multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across search, display, social media, video, email, and other channels. Plan and execute online marketing campaigns and tests, including implementation, optimization, budget management, and analysis. Increase customer acquisition and engagement via paid digital marketing, including Google, Bing, YouTube, Capterra, Google Display Network, programmatic channels, etc. Create, launch, and track frequent ad copy, landing page, and other creative tests using the latest testing tools and methodologies. Analyze SEM performance, make recommendations and execute optimizations. Assist in managing multiple advertising accounts. Create reports to measure campaign performance and show ROI of efforts. Skills and Experience
4-5+ years of paid search experience in a B2B environment. Experience managing multiple paid advertising accounts. In-depth hands-on Google Ads experience and exceptional working knowledge of current best practices. Complete understanding of online marketing metrics, including ROI, CTR, CPC, CPA, CVR, etc. Multi-year experience with B2B funnels; leads, MQLs, SALs, SQLs, Closed Won. Experience with CRMs like Salesforce and utilizing CRM data within ad accounts to fuel automated bidding strategies. Ability to clearly communicate complexity in a simple narrative-based manner to stakeholders; context, performance, data abnormalities, strategy recommendations, etc. Excellent data analysis skills: Excel is your best friend! Preferred Experience:
Experience in debugging funnel issues with Sales Teams. Multi-year experience with PMAX, Google Display Network, Microsoft Ads, website analytic tools, directories, and other SEM channels. Understanding of how to utilize AI tools to ad test or improve day-to-day processes.
Where
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada – if you’re near one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. You must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America may be required. The target base compensation for this position is $90K-$100K USD per year in most US locations.
